Chef Victoria Williams
Chef Victoria Williams is deeply rooted in the Lowcountry being born in Walterboro, SC only 45 minutes outside of Charleston, SC. Chef Williams enjoys preparing everything from fine dining to decadent pastries. She is especially excited to be working so closely with local seafood & vegetables in perfecting classic lowcountry cuisine.
Chef Williams first attended the Johnson & Wales University with degrees in Bakery and Pastry Arts & Food Service Management before training in some of the finest restaurants kitchens in Charleston, SC. She honed her skills by spending time at Charleston Place, Circa 1886, The Meeting Room & Lowcountry Bistro before joining us here at Amen Street Fish & Raw Bar.
