With his velvety leather voice and hysterical humor, Philip’s performance is a must-see! He will be gracing the Southend Brewery stage on Friday, September 21st at 8:30 p.m. and entertaining guests at Amen Street on Saturday, September 22nd at 8:30 p.m.
Fresh from recording his latest album in Nashville Tennessee, Philip is in the Holy City for this weekend only. With the backdrop of Old Charleston charm found at Amen Street, Philip’s deep, smooth and rich vocals will enhance the already romantic ambiance of the restaurant.
Born in Memphis, Tennessee, Philip began writing songs and leading his first band when he was in highschool and was a regular on the university circuit in college. He recorded his first album, A Circus Leaving Town, for Curb Records followed by Perfect World, in addition to charting four singles on the Hot Country Songs chart.
