Whatever mood you’re in, you are sure to have a smile on your face once you arrive at Amen Street, step through our big glass paneled doors, and enter our beautiful contemporary dining room. Every last detail of Amen Street’s décor, from the exposed brick, art-lined walls to the hand crafted and hand strung oyster shell chandeliers by Sabinti Custom Designs, was chosen to create a welcoming environment for our guests; while showcasing the work of local artisans, and honoring the history of our building.
Our Happy Hour Menu is no exception to this rule, with traditional southern menu items made from locally sourced seafood and produce. Join us Monday through Friday from 4pm to 7pm for specially priced delicacies from the coast, like Gulf Oysters, Calamari, Mussels and Lump Crab Cakes.
Beer drinkers, wine tasters, and cocktail sippers alike will find something to their liking in the Libations section of our Happy Hour Menu. Drink specials include bottled and draft beers, red and white wine, and a variety of liquor selections. For a non-traditional approach to oyster consumption, try Amen’s famous Oyster Shooters for only $4 each.
Our artisan tap wine selections from VinTap Wine have been popular with our guests and the new red on tap has been greeted with the same high regard. Five Easy Pieces, a 2011 Bordeux Blend from California has refreshing aromas of cassis, currant and dried sage followed by a claret centric of blueberry, bosenberry and plum. It pairs perfectly with many of our dinner entrees or can be easily enjoyed on its own at the bar.
