Spring is officially here and we’re loving the longer days and clear blue skies! It’s that perfect time of the year where the sun is shining bright, and the breeze from the harbor is just enough to keep you cool. Join us for happy hour this week and pull up a chair at one of our outdoor tables to enjoy the hustle and bustle of East Bay street. Sip one of our specially priced beer or wine selections, and grab a dozen house oysters to share with friends! Have you tried our new Softshell Crab BLT yet? It’s made using locally grown lettuce, sliced heirloom tomato, Romesco sauce, and fresh softshell crab from one of our favorite local vendors, Crosby’s Seafood. We know you’ll love this creative take on a classic lunch staple! What’s better than a cocktail after a long day of work? A cocktail enjoyed outside in the sunshine after a long day of work, that’s what! Here are our three spring favorites for easy sipping outside in this gorgeous Lowcountry spring weather. The “Holy Basil” | Vodka and ginger beer make the base of this fresh fizzy favorite blended with basil leaves, lime juice and a splash of soda water. The “Unholy Hat Trick” | Hat Trick gin from local favorite, High Wire Distilling, is mixed with fresh squeezed lemon and orange juices, and a house-made ginger infused simple syrup. The “Bobby E” | The simplest and most southern of our three favorites, the Bobby E is made with locally infused Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka and a squeeze of fresh lemon. We’ll see you this week at Amen Street Fish & Raw Bar!
