That’s because every ingredient in this dish is specially picked by our chef based on what’s available locally, what‘s in season, and what flavors best compliment each other to make a tasty meal.
Grilled Salmon Salad
Did you know that salmon is great for your brain? That makes the Grilled Salmon Salad the perfect meal to get you through anything from that afternoon meeting you’re dreading at work, to the adventure you’re planning for this weekend. This super salad is made from crisp arugula, tossed in a roasted fennel vinaigrette and then topped with sautéed mushrooms, shallots and a beautiful piece of perfectly grilled salmon.
Local Kale Salad
Kale has seen a surge in popularity in recent months, and for good reason. Did you know that the nutrients found in kale help the body build strong bones, healthy skin and are thought to lower the risk of heart disease? Our Local Kale Salad is made with a hearty portion of kale greens, topped with shaved radish, benne seeds, a parmesan/asiago blend, and a garlic-kale vinaigrette.
