As our regular patrons know by now, Chef Stephen Ollard never fails to disappoint with his culinary creations. He has done it again with his Chicken Fried Grouper. Served with Rosti potatoes, haricot verts and lemon brown butter, it is easy to guess why this dish has been one of the top most requested meals this week.
For those who love scallops, you simply have to try the new Seared Scallops entrée. Served with crispy pork belly, spinach and warm bacon gastrique, it is a perfect balance of flavor and texture.
Another favorite new dinner entrée has been the Pan Roasted Salmon accompanied with whipped potatoes, grilled asparagus and wild mushroom brandy jus. Delicious, mouth-watering, flavorful, highly recommended….you get the picture, here!
Looking for something new at our raw bar? Our Hamachi Crudo is the answer. Served with jalapeño gremolata, citrus, olive oil and rose-pepper sea salt, it is fresh and flavorful.
There are beets and there are Roasted Golden Beets…our new salad is topped with white balsamic, buttermilk blue cheese, toasted walnuts and pea tendrils. So good!
