Of course, no Labor Day celebration is complete without a good, ole’ fashioned all-American burger. Amen’s burger is served with lettuce, tomato and flat top potatoes. Cooked to your liking, you can add Nueske’s applewood bacon and cheddar, swiss, bleu or pimento cheese.
While you won’t find any hotdogs at Amen Street, you will find our Famous Shrimp Corndogs. (We think these are better than hotdogs any day!) Served with Carolina mustard, lemon pepper ketchup and Napa slaw, our corndogs are a staff and customer favorite.
Southerners have always loved to add our own spin on holidays and Labor Day is no different. Take a day off this year to celebrate with Southern favorites. We recommend our Hot Shrimp & Crab or Shrimp or Oyster Po’Boy sandwich served with lettuce, marinated tomato, pickled shallots and remoulade. So good!
