Charleston Artisan Cheese House’s products are cultured, mixed, molded, salted, aged, wrapped, labeled, stamped and delivered by hand. The cultures used duplicate the much-sought-after taste of the raw milk method of making aged dairy products. All of their cheeses have distinct, complex, and lasting flavors.
